Please give 45 mins notice for call outs. A little extra time is needed if you are further way from the city.

This fare is calculated using the odometer on our dashboard and journey time. Your quote does not include the below additional charges if applicable.

Additional seat charge ($5) for each child seat or booster requested above two each or one of either.
Additional charge for people mover ($0.90/km for 5-8 Passengers or significant additional luggage space)
Waiting charge - $0.80 per min after a 5 min grace period
Out of town charge - if you start really far away and go further away we have additional charges, eg. Rockingham to Mandurah

Hours

Last minute call outs with no booking from 8am to 12 Midnight.
Advance bookings can be made for anytime as long as the booking is made inside the above operating hours.

The Fine Print

Bookings are only reserved if a credit card is provided. Fares are not charged until the end of the trip.
Cancellations with more than 60 mins notice will not result in a charge.
Cancellations with less than 60 mins notice will be required to pay the booking fee ($20.00).
Re-bookings are subject to availability - FamilyCab will attempt to honour all requests for booking times to be changed, however can only be as flexible as not to disrupt other customers bookings.
Cleaning fees can be charged in line with State regulations.
